You enter Southlake Villgage from Sal Lentini Parkway. The community is walled across from Louisiana Trace. Most of the home range in age from 20 years old to many that are 10-12 years old. Most of the homes are tow story homes. A few one level homes.
Southlake Village is known for Streets with Bayou in Many of them. Cotton Bayou Lane, Gum Bayou, Cane Bayou Ln., Legrande Bayou Ln., Little Bayou Ln., Cypress Bayou Ln., Moss Bayou ln., Turtle Bayou Drive, Teche Drive, Bayou Castine Drive, and Bayou Savage Drive. Cajun Streets are the Southlake Village.
Over the last 500 days the prices of sold properties ranged from 325k to 600k. The average sizes ranged from 2500 sq. ft. to 3700 sq. ft. of living area. There were 14 sales. Most will have double garages. All had at least four bedrooms and more.
Most of the lots are at least 65-70 ft. wide and 120 ft. deep. Some of the larger homes have larger lots as you get closer to the lake. This is where most of the new construction is.
High Ceilings are the norm. Large Bedrooms are also common. Having about 3 baths or more is also the norm. Most of the homes were built by builders for sale when the subdivision was started around 2000. The neighborhood is very quiet and no streets are going places outside Southlake. Have to leave or enter through the entrance as you see below.
