        This is one of the more popular condo complexes in Metairie, La. It is located between Veterans Blvd. and I-10 service road. There are 135 units that were converted from apartments in 2005 into condos. There are a lot of one bedroom units that range in size from 535 sq. ft. to 993 sq. ft. The sales prices have ranged from 80k to 150k for the small two bedroom units. There are a few larger units that sell for more. 

      There have been 9 sales over the last year and currently there are 5 active units on the market. People like the condos because all the units have gated parking. There are elevators in all the buildings when you enter the complex from the parking lot. The units surround a swimming pool and large courtyard in each building. Your visitors can easily park on the street in front of the buildings.

     The 2601 Metairie Lawn is the building closer to Vets. Each unit opens to the balcony facing the courtyard and the pool. The three story buildings are spread out so you are not cramped next to a lot of units. All units have their own washer and dryers. 

      One Metaire Place has easy access to the Causeway, I-10,Lakeside Shopping Center and Veterans Blvd. The prices on the large one bedroom and moderate sized two bedrooms are trending up. The reat of the units are stable prices.
