Small Subdivision Odd Labarre Road

       Savannah Ridge in Old Metairie is between the railroad tracks and Metairie Road. The small subdivision was established around the time I got into real estate around 2000. The homes are large and look great. All the homes are on one street off Labarre Road on Savannah Ridge Lane.  The area is just several blocks to Airline Highway. 

      The area was once commercial property that was turned into residential homes when Old Metaire became a hot place for real estate in Metro New Orleans.  It is one street that lops off Labarre Road. 

        The photos below give you an idea of newer homes were built in 2000. A great variety of nice looking homes. All are well taken care of.

        There is one home currently on the market in November of 2017 for 1,075,000 with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2 car garage,swimming pool and 138 ft. deep lot. There was two sales in the last 500 days. One was sold for $730,000 and was 3800 sq. ft. The other one was 4500 sq.ft with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2 car garage and a swimming pool.
